Approval process

Creative Promotions has built its reputation on its ability to meet and exceed its clients expectations. Our systems and procedures allow us to ensure that our clients gets exactly what they ordered. 

Every order that is received is monitored through out 32 step checklist, this checfklist allows you to TRACK YOUR ORDER (LINK) you can see where on the checklist your order is up to and how long until you receive you amaizing promotional product.

Image Approval

A picture says a thousand words, once you order and upload your artwork, our designers will bring the product to life. This is the first step of the process, you will receive a message from our production team asking you to view the image and confirm the following:
1) Product colour
2) Size of logo
3) Colour of logo

Once this is approved, our team is able to inform out decorators of exatcly how you would like this item to look.

To approve the image, you simply click APPROVE and the system will record you name, date and time of your approval.

Proof Approval

At times we will send you via email an art proof which we will require you to check over for the PMS colours, Typeface, Font, positioning and size so that you can really see for yourself. Its best it you can sign and fax back this proof or email back changes or amends if required so that we can keep track of any changes.

Pre-production sample Approval

If you are ordering a custom made object or require orders of large quantities, poart of our quality process means that we will normally arrange for a preproduction sample to be manufactured and shipped over for physical checking processes. For items such as USB flash drives, the drives will be dummies, eg: no memory. The idea of a pre-production sample in most cases is so that we can be 100% certain you are pleased with the outcome prior to production in full scale. There is no great delay to production.
