Order Samples

We have samples for 99% of our product range available to ship out within days. We want you to be 100% confident with the item you choose to order in terms of look and feel but it makes sense before you ask for samples to check to see whether the costs and quotes with your logo fit to your budget so please make or ask for a quote first.

Samples are generally provided without a logo, however if you would like to arrange a pre-production sample with your order so that you can see the finished article - please ask. The cost for scheiving this is considerably higher than a standard undecorating cost though so please ask first. We are happy to provide artwork mock ups and visuals which is sometimes a quicker and more cost effective method to see what you are getting.

You can order a sample by searching for the product you require, selecting the product you would like and emailing your request for Quote / sample through to sales@creativepromotions.com.au

Samples will be dispatched once the payment in full for the item and freight have been received, we have multiple payment options LINK TO PAYMENT OPTIONS to make this step as easy as possible. Samples are usually received within 2 working days.  This section of the web will be launched soon so in the meantime, please call or email us.

Please return your samples as soon as you can, if the sample is returned in the same condition and packaging within 5 business days the item value will be 100% refunded.
