Our Brand Promise

Our Brand Promise is more than just a marketing tool, it is a commitment derived from our company values which allows each and every one of our employees to be accountable and take responsibility to be decision makers in their relevant domain.  

When we are faced with a question, query or potential dilemma, we reflect and think will my actions be seen by our customers as living our brand promise - Essentially will I “make it happen?” If the answer is unquestionably “ yes” then the decision has been made and the entire company will support the team member with their decision because  we stand behind our commitment to our customers to find a solution and “make it happen” come what may.

A great example of one of our team memembers living the brand promise is from Elise McNiel our Sales Support team leader:

"Working within Creative Promotions and understanding the brand promise and living by it, I recall when one of our long standing customers placed an urgent order and needed delivery in a very short timeframe. This meant needing to dispatch by VIP courier in order to have the customer receive by  5pm.

Our local courier company was unable to make the delivery and I asked myself the question: How will I make this happen?.

Aware the client required the product for a launch meeting interstate the following morning, I asked the client for her home address and jumped in my car and delivered it to her door out of hours to ensure we honoured our commitment.  Did I make it happen? Absolutely. Did the client believe that we are  a company focussed on Making It Happen? 100%
